How can we help?

Check you're using the same email address you signed up with. Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in screen to get a reset link, and check your spam folder. If you still can't get in, contact us from the email address on your account.

Try searching by title and author, or type the ISBN printed above the barcode. For scanning, allow camera access, use good light and hold the barcode steady and flat. Some editions aren't in public catalogues yet — you can add a book manually.

You can edit your own copy of a book's details, change its shelf, or remove it from your library. Refreshing or reopening the app reloads your latest library. If books are missing after an import, tell us which file and roughly how many books.

Subscriptions bought in the app are managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Novld → Cancel. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Novld → Cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — cancel it with Apple or Google first.

Refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. Google: through your Google Play order history.

To ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account, contact us with the topic “Privacy or data request” from your account's email address. Read our privacy policy for details.

Make sure you're connected to the internet and running the latest version of the app, then close and reopen it. If the problem continues, tell us your device, what you were doing, and what you saw.
